Find below a list of our alkyne- and aminoallly-modified triphosphates for the preparation of functionalized RNA fragments.

The alkyne-modified EUTP as well as our newcomer the EATP are well suited for enzymatic incorporation into RNA during in vitro transcription using, e.g. T7 RNA polymerase. Subsequently, the alkyne-containing RNA fragments are ready for further bioconjugation to a large range of azide-tags and linkers. For more information on the protocol, please see also our RNA Labeling Kits.

Our aminoallyl-modified triphosphates are well accepted by RNA polymerases and can be easily functionalized after enzymatic incorporation using labels with amine reactive groups (NHS-esters).
